Introduction
Welcome to GigGap Services Ltd. (“GigGap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Payment Terms govern the use of our payment services on the GigGap platform.
Please read these Payment Terms carefully before making or receiving payments through the GigGap platform. By making or receiving payments through GigGap, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other entity (if applicable), to be bound and abide by these Payment Terms. These Terms are supplemental to GigGap’s General Terms of Service.
Payment Processing
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or existing GigGap Balance.
- Payment Security: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Service Fees
- Service Provider Fees: Service providers may be subject to fees based on successful transactions. These fees are outlined in your agreement with GigGap.
- Service Seeker Fees: Service seekers may be charged service fees, if applicable, as described during the transaction process.
Payment Disputes
If you encounter any payment issues or discrepancies, please contact our support team promptly for assistance. We will work to resolve disputes efficiently and fairly.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued to your GigGap Balance or, where applicable, to the original payment method used for the service.
Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions on GigGap. We do not provide tax advice, and you should consult with a tax professional for guidance.
Withdrawing Revenues
- Earnings can be withdrawn from the Project page immediately after the order is marked as completed.
- Service providers can only withdraw all their revenue at once, with no partial withdrawals
- Service seekers cannot withdraw funds from their balances but may use their balances to pay for services on the platform.
- GigGap reserves the right to temporarily disable a service provdier’s ability to withdraw revenue to maintain security and prevent fraudulent or illicit activity. Such action may be taken in response to security concerns or reported improper behaviour by other users.
- Withdrawals are irreversible and cannot be undone. Once initiated, this process cannot be reversed.
Currency
All transactions on GigGap are conducted in the currency specified during the transaction process. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method uses a different currency.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to payment services on GigGap for violations of these Payment Terms or our platform’s Terms of Service.
Changes to Payment Terms
We may update these Payment Terms to reflect changes in our payment services. Please review this page periodically for any updates.
